All sellers should  ask themselves the following questions long before they put their home on the market. Why? In this market (buyers market), the competition is greater than ever before and it is  up to the seller to make their home shine better than all the others. Not only should they consider the interior of the home but the exterior. Yes, curb appeal can make a great difference. If the exterior is not appealing the buyers may choose not to bother with looking at the interior. The seller needs to think of their house as a commodity. That is where our value really comes into to play since we have no emotional  bonds with the property.    

Questions:  

Is the home cluttered?

Are the walls neutral?

Does the home feel spacious and organized?

Does the furniture arrangement make sense?

Is the home showing the best that it can?
